I hope your Sunday is blessed, my friends. Happy second Sunday of November. And it’s the Sunday before Veteran’s Day! I pray you are having a beautiful weekend and I pray that God blesses you and your family on this beautiful Sunday.
Stay in God’s peace today. Don’t let any negative person or negative situation take you to a place of chaos or confusion.
Remember, this is the day the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24.
I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way. I am not trying to force a hug on you. I am simply saying that I love you, I care for you and God loves you more than you can imagine.
No matter where you are worshiping today, remember that God hears your prayers. And He is our safe place, He is our help, our peace, our calm.
God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. ~Psalm 46:1-2.
Though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. He says, “Be still and know that I am God”. ~Psalm 46:3, 10.
I wanted to pray a short, simple prayer and send it with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up and letting us see this beautiful, second Sunday of November. You kept us safe during the night and we are so grateful.
Lord, we are entering a new week and we are thanking You in advance for everything You are going to do for us this week. We pray that we walk close to You and listen intently for Your voice.
Heal anyone who is sick and suffering. Touch us with Your healing hands. Remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses we are dealing with.
Take away our fears, worries and anxieties and place Your peace in our hearts. Increase our trust in You and renew our hope for our families, our friends and our communities.
Bless families as we prepare to spend time together and remind us all that nothing is more important than spending time with each other and supporting each other.
We pray a special prayer for our Veterans, Lord. We are so grateful to have brave and courageous men and women who have worked to keep us the land of the free and the home of the brave.
Be with us this week and bless us as we start and end each day with prayer and a thankful heart. Help us be a blessing to others as You have blessed us.
Even though we have been worried and afraid, may we always be thankful for Your many blessings.
We know You are with us. We know You are in control and You are still on the throne. We are standing on Your promises.
Give us a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
May you blessed today and every day. Sunday hugs!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
