Good Morning, My Friends! Happy Thankful Thursday and Happy last day of September! I pray you woke up thankful for life, with hope in your heart and happiness in your soul.
I’m sending Thankful Thursday hugs your way. So, let’s shake off our sleepiness, grab a cup of coffee and reach out to grab one of these hugs. They are coming at you pretty fast, so don’t let them pass you by.
God will never leave you. You may think that He is distant and you may think He has left you, but He is still there.
He is always with you. I want to pray a prayer for our Thankful Thursday. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is working things out for us.
Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful Thankful Thursday. Thank You for bringing us through September and keeping us safe.
We are leaving our negative thoughts, our doubts and our anxieties in September and not taking them into the new month.
Lord, we are standing on Your promises in Psalm 9:10: And those who know Your name will put their trust in You; for You, Lord, have not forsaken those who seek You. ~Psalm 9:10.
Let everyone who is going through hard times, feel You say to them, “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you.” ~James 4:8.
For anyone who has lost loved ones to illness be comforted by You and may they feel You with them in their time of need.
We are all thankful for our many blessings. Our blessings of good health for our families, our friends, our freedom and all the little things in our life are all blessings from You. And we are thankful.
Most of all, we are thankful that You sent Your Son, Jesus Christ, so that our sins may be forgiven and we may live eternally.
Lord many of us are struggling with health issues. Please reach down Your healing hands and heal us from cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, arthritis, lupus, hypertension and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Remind us all, Lord, to keep a thankful heart. Even when we have people who try to hurt us, even when we are physically in pain, even when our hearts are broken, remind us to be thankful.
Today, be with my family, friends and everyone reading this. Bless them in ways they’ve never known before and make a way for them when there seems to be no way.
We love You, Lord, and we are thankful for all the blessings You’ve placed in our lives. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
With this hug, I am saying “I am thankful for you”. May God bless you and fill your heart with thankfulness, peace and happiness. Thankful Thursday Hugs!
Sending you blessings of love, gratitude and prayer from Sterrett, Alabama!
