Today, take a few minutes to be still and just breathe. Don’t let the stress of the work week make you feel worried or anxious.

Sometimes, we’ve run the whole week, doing what must be done. We care for our homes and families. We work hard on jobs outside our homes. And by the time we get to Friday, we are so stressed that we don’t take time to just be and hear God’s voice.
But we have to slow down to hear His voice. Worry, anxiety, and chaos keeps us from being able to hear Him. Take a few minutes today, be still and talk with God. Let Him remove all your worries. Let His peace be yours.
Even though I can’t physically be with you all, I still want to send you out a Friday hug to let you know that God loves you and I love you too.

Thank you for your love and consideration of us all , there are so many people that don’t care at all , and there are so many that just wish some one would care about us ,and help us with things we can’t do alone!!
