Good Morning and God bless, my friends. I hope you are having a beautiful, peaceful Sunday morning! It’s our third Sunday of September 2022 and you’re not here by accident. You are supposed to be right here, reading this.
I’m sending Sunday hugs your way. I hope to are able to get one and pass it on to your family and friends. I pray it brings a smile to your face and peace to your heart.
God has made us a promise. If we go to Him, He will carry our burdens and give us rest. He will take the worry. He will take the confusion. He will take the uncertainty, the pain and the feeling of loneliness.
Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. ~Matthew 11:28.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up today. Our lives may not be perfect, but You have blessed us. And we are grateful. We are grateful for Your mercy, grace and favor.
For each person reading this, please remove all worries, doubts, fears, anxieties, sadness and loneliness and give them Your perfect peace and rest. Let their hearts feel Your love and comfort.
Lord, help us to take a few minutes each day this week to just breathe and bring Your calm into our hearts and minds. We know that You have our backs.
We remember that You said that You would give us rest. And we are so thankful. When we are in a restful state, we are not worried about anything. Our body, our mind, our heart and our soul are at peace.
Lord, take away all the fear, confusion, hurt, sadness, sickness and loneliness and make each of us feel whole again.
Restore our good health and restore good health to our families and friends. Heal our bodies from cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are dealing with.
Renew our energy and keep our minds healthy and strong. Give us good, restful sleep each night that renews us for each day.
Help us always stop to remember that Your love and grace is sufficient for us all. Help us to remember that we are so blessed so that we may bless others. Help us to always look for ways to bless others and bring them into Your circle of love and kindness.
Guide our steps away from drama and let us always be peacemakers. We love You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the blessed week we are going to have.

My great aunt Jackie used to send me things from here on messenger and share them in her story. It always meant alot to me and I miss her very much. She has had a stroke and now she can’t do the phone stuff anymore and because she lives so far away and I’m not able to see her. I’m estranged and basically shunned by my family because my mom tells endless lies about me to everyone up there and makes them all think I’m a terrible person. I think it’s because she is afraid I will tell them about the messed up things she has done to me and continues to do. I really really miss my aunt and u was supposed to go see my mom tomorrow is a 990 mile drive but then she canceled on me today and she had promised to take me to see my aunt while I was there and so it broke my heart and I really really needed this hug you sent out thank you
I am praying for all your familial relationships. Keep praying. God can heal your family.
