Happy Friday and Happy Weekend, my friends. And it’s not just any weekend, my friends. It’s Father’s Day Weekend! Let’s decide right now that our day and our weekend are going to be wonderful. Let’s continue to pray for our Fathers all weekend long! Cherish and honor your Father. He needs your prayers!

This day is going to be blessed, positive, filled with happiness and it is going to be a beautiful start to our Father’s Day Weekend. And we are going to keep smiling!

I pray this year’s Father’s Day is blessed with every perfect gift from above. I pray that families are able to be together and celebrate and honor our fathers.

Father’s Day Weekend / Friday Blessings!

I also wanted to pray a simple prayer and send it with this Father’s Day Weekend hug. Please pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it.

Dear God, Thank You for bringing us through the week and to this beautiful Friday. You’ve protected us, blessed us and given us the strength to keep going.

We pray for all the Fathers who, even during the hard times, have remained strong, and have supported and made things possible for their families.

We thank You for giving strength to our fathers and for giving them the wisdom to guide their children in the ways of God.

Thank You for fathers who teach their children to love God and all people. And we thank You for Fathers who show their children’s Mothers love and respect.

Thank You for fathers who always try to do what is right, no matter how hard it is and no matter how unpopular it is.

Thank You for fathers who teach their children to love and respect other people, to care for and show kindness to other people.

For all the fathers who are separated from their families on Father’s Day, please wrap them in Your loving arms and let them know they are not alone.

We pray for all the fathers who are serving in the Military and cannot be with their families. Keep them safe and let them know that You are with them, that You will continue to protect them and let them know that we love them and we are thinking about them.

For everyone praying this prayer, touch us with Your healing hands. Remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, addiction, mental illness and all other illnesses we are dealing with.

Make our Friday a beautiful start to a beautiful Father’s Day Weekend. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
