It’s a new week, my friends! Happy Monday! You may not have everything you want this morning when you wake up, but you did wake up. That makes you blessed.
Some people made plans for this morning and their week, but didn’t wake up. But we did. Here we are, alive, breathing and full of hope for today and tomorrow.
We all need a hug to start our week off with a smile. It will make you feel a little better. So, I’m sending Monday hugs your way!
We’ve had a lot going on. Things happening outside our control. And we’ve been worried and afraid. But our God is awesome. He is bringing us through these hard times.
With this hug, I am sending encouragement and I am saying to you, “God loves you, He cares for you and He is going to bless your Monday and your new week.”
I want to pray a simple prayer for your week and send the prayer with your hug. Pray this prayer with me and receive the blessings sent with it.
Dear God, We thank you for this new day and this new week. We are thankful that You woke us up and let us see this beautiful new day and new week.
Bless each day of this week for all of us. May we wake up each morning refreshed from a good night’s rest and may we be thankful for each day’s blessings in the evening.
Lord, thank You for bringing peace to our Communities, Cities, States and across the world. You are the great Healer and Peacemaker.
Remove our fears, place peace in our hearts and increase our faith in You. We are standing on Your promise that You will never leave or forsake us.
Your Word tells us: Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, for the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you or forsake you. ~Deuteronomy 31:6.
Place a shield of protection around us, our families, our friends and anyone reading this. Keep us all safe this week and guide us away from any danger.
For anyone who is struggling with health problems, touch them with Your healing hands. Remove their pains and give them Your strength to keep going.
Calm the unrest, bring peace to our Lands, keep us safe, keep us vigilant and keep us focused on You. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Today, whenever you need a hug, remember that this one is here for you. And remember that God loves you, cares for you and He will never leave you. Monday Hugs!
