Happy Sunday, my friends. Good Morning. It’s our last Sunday of August and I’m praying that your day is blessed, peaceful and happy. Make every moment of this day count!
I am sending Sunday hugs your way. I pray you can reach out and grab one of these hugs. I promise you, it will make you feel better.
If you are down, this hug will help lift your spirits and if you’re happy, this hug will make you happier. I’m sending it to let you know that God loves you.
No matter where you are worshiping today, God is with you. He hears your prayers. Even if you cannot utter the words, He hears the prayers of your heart.
Keep believing that God is with you. Keep standing on His promises: My God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. ~Phillippians 4:19.
I want to pray a simple prayer and send it with your hug. Pray this prayer with me and believe that God hears our prayers and believe that He is taking care of us.
Dear God, Thank You for waking us up today on this beautiful, last Sunday of August. We are grateful that You opened our eyes and gave us this gift of a new day.
Lord, we humbly ask that You provide a shield of protection over us all. We are standing on Your promises in Psalm 91 and believing that You will protect us: For he will order his angels to protect you wherever you go. ~Psalm 91:11.
Place peace in our hearts and homes. Remove our anxiety, worries and fears. We know You are not the author of confusion. Help us take peace with us wherever we go.
Heal the sick and suffering and restore good health to everyone praying this prayer. Remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus, addiction and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Heal us emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Take away our racing thoughts and overthinking. Remind us to never compare ourselves with others.
Be with us every day this week. Place the right people in our paths and move the wrong ones out of our path. Open new doors of opportunity and bless us on our jobs and in our workspaces.
Let Your love shine so bright in us that, when people see us, they want to draw closer to You. In Jesusβ name, we pray. Amen.
With this hug, I pray that God blesses you and heals you. And whenever you need it, close your eyes and remember this hug and this prayer.
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
