Happy Father’s Day! Good Morning, my friends! I’m sending out Happy Sunday Hugs to you! I pray that you woke up to a beautiful, blessed Father’s Day Sunday.
And I pray you feel the blessings of the Lord all day long. I pray that you are able to spend some time with your family and with God.
With this Father’s Day hug, I am saying, “May God bless you and your family and keep you strong. May He pour out His blessings on you and your family”.
And I am praying a simple prayer for our Fathers and I am sending this prayer with your Father’s Day Hugs. Please pray this prayer with me.
Dear God, We humbly ask that You provide a shield of protection over us all. Protect us, no matter where we are, and make us strong and happy.
Many fathers are struggling to provide for their families. Bless them abundantly and give them the best jobs they have ever had.
When we worry, it is easy for us to take our eyes off God and give in to the fear that our worries and anxieties create. But we won’t take our eyes off You, Lord.
We are going to remember who protects us, who holds us in the palm of His hands. We will remember who orders His angels to protect us wherever we go.
For he will rescue you from every trap and protect you from deadly disease. If you make the Lord your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you, no plague will come near your home. ~Psalm 91:3, 9-10.
God will cover you with His protection. He will give you calm in times of chaos and He will bring peace to your heart and home.
Lord, we pray that we never doubt You. We believe in You and we are thankful for the gift of prayer that we are able to use. And we know You hear our prayers.
Give our Fathers Your courage, Your strength, Your wisdom and Your guidance to lead our families in the way that You would have us go.
Give us good health and heal us from all illnesses. Remove cancer, diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, arthritis, hypertension, lupus and all other illnesses we are struggling with.
Replace our worries with Your peace and remove our fears and anxieties. Help us to remember that You are with us, You are in control and You can heal Your people.
Bless us so that we may bless others and let us serve as Your light so that others may find their way in these dark times. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
