Good Morning, my friends! Happy Sunday! It’s our last Sunday of 2021. Yes, we are about to end this year and begin 2022. This day and every day is the day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24.
I’m sending Sunday Hugs your way! You don’t want to miss this hug because I am sending blessings for your day, your week and the start of a new year. No matter how many hugs you need, these coming at you right now will lift you up.
I want to send a prayer with your hug. Please pray this prayer with me and believe that God is going to bless us. Remember, God is our fortress. He is our help and He will make a way for us.
Dear God, Thank You for this beautiful, blessed Sunday. We are so thankful You woke us up on this last Sunday of December and our last Sunday of 2021.
This has been a hard year, Lord. This year was supposed to be better than 2021. But for many of us, 2021 was worse than 2020. Many have lost loved ones, many have lost jobs and many have lost the life they once knew.
But we know that You are for us. You have our backs and You are working things out for us. We are trusting You to bring normalcy, stability and hope back into our lives.
We are standing on your promises, Lord, and we are believing in You and Your power. We know that only You can turn things around for us.
May we always stop to remember that when things are going wrong, You are preparing us for better days ahead. You are making a way for us and restoring everything we need to be happy.
Please make 2022 a year of healing, transformation and abundance. Make this year so, so much better than 202o and 2021, Lord. We need Your healing power to take over this world.
Give us new opportunities, restore jobs, replinish finances and make a way for us and our families. Bring Your peace to our homes and our hearts.
We know You are with us. We know You are in control and we know that You are worthy to be praised. Thank You for Your never ending love and care.
Restore our hope. This year has taken a toll on us. Take away our worries and fears and replace them with Your peace. May we all enter the new year with hope and faith for our future.
Be with my family and friends this week. Give them a week filled with Your blessings of grace, mercy, favor, abundance and peace.
In Jesus’ name, we pray, Amen.
May you blessed today and every day. Sunday hugs!
Sending you blessings of love and gratitude from Sterrett, Alabama!
